1. Use Information Technology to learn. There are videos on you tube on all topics. Get unlimited broad band & use it.
2. Functional MRI confirms that we learn better when we use more senses. Like when we read something aloud, we use eye, ears in sensory side, &speech apparatus on motor side &the whole brain to do this. This is remembered best. When we tell some one what we learned, it is remembered better. Explain it to friend. Record it on your mobile in your language. If you record it &share it on social media, it benefits friends &society.
3. Learn yoga. It gives mind control. You succeed in all you Every day Pray to god &visualize that you have passed with flying colours. &you will. Do this before exams, viva etc.
4. Most of us are not healthy. Be healthy as follows.
5. Studies show that Most of us are Vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D is needed for 300 body functions including immunity. Take 60 000 units vitamin D today & every month on birth date. Post lunch stroll in sunlight when time allows. Do outdoor jobs. Play in sun. With maximum skin exposed to sunlight. Get vitamin D.

7. Always Eat like this : Never eat full stomach. Be half fed every time. Half plate should be green. { Salads, fruits, vegetables. This avoids constipation.] Quarter plate should be dal or non veg, quarter plate should be rice or roti. Take a wati of Dahi. Only a pinch of salt. If you eat betel leaf pan, it gives you calcium, etc. &satiety. We eat excess of rice & roti &salt &are sick. Avoid that. Ask parents to feed kids aged 6 months and more kids like this. We do not. So all are malnourished.
8. Most Indians [&us ] are anaemic. 1 gram less hemoglobin means 2% less learning ability. Easy fatigability. The Joshi mirror anaemia test : Stand in front of mirror with friends/ relatives. Those who look pale, & are not a pink as others, are anaemic. To make 1 gram hemoglobin we need 1 gram proteins &a little iron, &vitamin B12 & folic acid acid. Eat away anaemia as follows. 1. Ask kitchen/mess to use iron vessels to cook. The vegetable should get black tinge. That gives us iron. Ask them Not to use aluminium utensisls. Aluminium is harmful. 2. We all should eat 400 grams of vegetables &fruits daily. Study shows that we eat about 250 grams. So we are folate deficient. 3. Most have B12 deficiency. Take 1000 micrograms of methyl cobal amine injection every 6 months for ever. To start, Take 4 injections weekly to correct deficit. Vegetrian food has no B12. Milk has it. It is destroyed when we boil milk. Curds has more B12 than milk. Convert all milk in B12 &eat curds with every food. The lacto bacilli also do competitive inhibition of pathogens. [ black knuckles tell that we are B12 & folate deficient. See in all patients.] 4. If we are weak, we are protein deficient. Keep roasted grams &groundnuts in pocket & graze. We gain weight. 10. When ever possible study in A.C. Library. See PSM park book. It says we are comfortable, &we study best at 25 , 26 degrees Celcius. We sweat at 27. 28 is Hot. 30 is Summer. Room temperature always exceed 30 degrees in Mumbai. All 365 days. And for 9 months all over India.Sweating due to warmth reduces our learning &working efficiency. Each layer of cloth adds to sweating &hurts us. Apron ads to sweating. Always wear a loose, thin half sleeved apron that causes least sweating. Lesson. Wear clothes that do not cause sweating.
11. For this
1. wear minimum layers of cloth. Each layer multiplies warms many times.
2.use hosiery. It has holes. It breaths air.
3. Use loose clothes.
4 use comfortable respectable clothes that make you happy.
5. Earlier police, RSS, &even now navy men use half pant. Half pant & half shirt is best for gents. Start using at hostel. Similar respectable dress for women. Use White or light coloured clothes .
12. When you feel warm, Take a shower. We become fresh. If possible put A.C. to hostel rooms. If it is not there, ask for it. If you can, buy one.
13. For living Exercise is as important as breathing.
One needs intense exercise daily. Of half to 1 hour duration. We do not do it. We have to firmly decide & do it.
One that makes us breathless, &causes pulse to rise.
Upto 200 per minute in young boys & girls of 22 years.
It can be running at one place, surya namaskar, dand baithak, dance, yoga, etc. Half to one hour at one times or in 3 to 6 smaller batches. Muslims do Namaj 5 times. Take Exercise as prayer offered to one’s own body. Do it 5 times. Any time when do a little exercise, it elevates our mood for long time. Take a repeat dose every few hours. It is better than coffee or tea.
Exercise increases blood flow to brain &improves brain function. The sleep runs away. After every period of study, take an E brake { Exercise break.] American studies show that excess weight gain begins at 7 years. When school begins. School &studies make us sit &deprive us of exercise. Sit only when tired. Do Rest while standing or moving.
Exercise prevents &treats depression. Better than medicines. Try it. Exercise releases endorphins in brain. That keeps us happy &in heaven. Best is to join gymkhana, sports or dance club &play /dance daily.
14. Sleep well.: Indian studies show that from 8th standard students get half hour less sleep each night. This period of sleeplessness increases in higher classes. This causes bad learning, memory loss etc. What we study, is converted in memory during sleep. Sleep early so that you get up after sleep is completed &Not by an alarm. Can some one asks you to leave your lunch half way? Same for sleep. We must wake up automatically after sleep is over. We should be fresh after getting up. If we need tea after getting up. We are sick. When we study more, our brain needs more sleep.
When we are sleepy it is wiser to sleep, than take tea coffee. Taking tea coffee is like flogging a tired horse. Excess tea coffee also gives anxiety, etc. At night,Put off lights, noise. Blue rays from mobiles are harmful. Cut them off. We are all Sun linked. Listen to nature. Return to room early. Sleep early. Next morning, Get up, do exercise & study. Every morning Read what they plan teach you today . [see time table]. IT is revised when they teach. Revise after college. Revising a topic trice on same day is best way to memorise it for ever.
